Powell Software officially opened its new headquarters in Dubai, as it seeks to expand across the Middle East and Africa regions.
The International Software Vendor adds a new regional office to continue to invest in further globalizing the company. Since 2016, Powell Software has opened several international offices in the United States, Asia and now Middle East. The company unveils its new base to reinforce the MEA market and expand its presence in close collaboration with local partners.
“We are very excited to start our local operations in Middle East by opening this new office in Dubai,” said Powell Software Co-founder and Chairman, Cyril De Quéral. “Dubai is a great place with the appropriate international connections. We already have customers and partners in this area and we strongly believe it’s a promising market for Powell Software.”
Coinciding with the Dubai office opening, Hakim Lhamri has joined Powell Software to lead the adventure and establish a direct presence in the United Arab Emirates. “I am very proud to join the Powell 365 team to manage commercial development in the Middle East and I am especially optimistic about the expected results”, said Hakim Lhamri, MEA Business Development Account Manager at Powell Software.
Hakim brings his experience in Middle Eastern development and French tech to drive local operations and strengthen partner relations. “We have the ambition to multiply our local revenue by ten before the end of the year. Our team is in place and ready to work every day with all the digital workplace professionals,” said Quéral.
The team’s main drive is to bring the Powell 365 experience to local markets and consumers.
