Employee Profile: Bertrand Hubert

In line with our increasing demand in the Asia-Pacific market, we have recently expanded our team of local experts in Hong Kong. The newest addition to the team is our Asia-Pacific Account Manager, Bertrand “Bo Cheng” Hubert. Meet Bertrand!
Bertrand joined Powell Software in January, after working at Microsoft on the French Partner relations team. He re-located to Hong Kong, to take over APAC business development and to reinforce our partner operations in the Asia-Pacific. Read our short interview below to learn more about Bertrand:
What attracted you to work on the Powell 365 team?
Powell Software is well known on the Microsoft ecosystem. Plus, they were offering different opportunities abroad. I jumped at the chance to move to Hong Kong.
What do you like most about your job?
I really enjoy being able to talk to with customers and partners every day, building relationships.
What three words would you use to describe our culture?
Growing, Innovative, International
What is your favorite Office 365 feature and why?
It’s not exactly a feature, but I would have to say the implementation of Artificial Intelligence, AI in Office 365. For example, in Outlook, the little “ping” that warns you when you forgot to attach a file. It is really innovative and helpful.
What do you do in your free time outside the office?
I like playing sports like Football.
What is your secret special talent?
I was told that I am pretty good at creating strong relationship with people. It is very useful in a strong partnership model like the one we implement at Powell Software.
