Founded in 2007 in Leawood, Kansas, CrossFirst Bank has worked with its communities to meet the financial needs of business owners, professionals, and their families. Unlike most banks, the founders’ philosophy was to invest in people and technology instead of branch expansion. This same prioritization towards investing in their employees eventually led CrossFirst Bank to approach tech-consultant ‘RSM’ to replace the organization’s intranet.
