Lots of people are choosing to work remotely from home, and so their commute has never been shorter. Mindfulness and Mental Wellbeing
Burnout, overwhelm, and stress. The mental charge of the workday can have serious impacts on the physical and mental wellbeing of employees. This has only increased since March 2020. In one study, 29% of respondents reported experiencing negative impacts on their mental health since the Covid crisis and working from home began.
