Saegus is a consulTech that reinvents business consulting. Its mission is to help companies discover, try and support the best of digital uses, without slides, for real.
To the question “how can an idea become a successful app or product?”, our Tech & Innovation team has developed a technological and methodological framework, at the crossroads of DevOps, Agile or Lean Startup practices. It allows to accelerate all the phases of creation of an MVP (Minimum Valuable Product) from the product vision to the “run” mode. This multidisciplinary team composed of data experts, full-stack engineers, seasoned designers and growth hacking experts are now the providers of many innovative projects for which they hold the recipe for an accelerated go-to-market. Thanks to our App Factory born in 2016, the framework can rely on ready-to-use infrastructures, architecture patterns and off-the-shelf application bricks, which allow us to accelerate and make the launch of our projects more reliable. It is through this framework that we have developed, in our own incubator, the Foreseeds, Quiz, Communities Analytics and Cross applications. We use all of our skills in each project conducted for our clients to reach the MVP within 3 months.
