North American operations
In addition to the Paris office, Powell Software’s latest subsidiary serves as a management center for North American operations. Clients on both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts will receive rapid services accelerating the company’s resource reach. This new bureau will enable the ISV to create a more cohesive service network. Strengthening sales and service capabilities in the North American region is a priority.
In sync with its growth initiative, Powell Software is looking to boost its partner network in North America. The partner system is a strong pillar within the customer success approach of the company. It works with Cloud solution providers, system integrators and consultancy partners across the globe. To manage this strategic expansion, Powell Software has brought on Antoine Faisandier. Faisandier is the former worldwide lead for the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program. He will oversee operations of the new subsidiary and build a link between the European and American markets. After 18 years of working with Microsoft solutions, this is a new opportunity for the cloud services veteran. “I am excited to head the North American team and build our presence across the region,” said Faisandier.
