Le nombre de postes de premier échelon a diminué rapidement au cours de la dernière décennie, une tendance qui s’est accélérée au cours des 12 derniers mois. La demande de compétences technologiques n’a jamais été aussi forte, ce dont l’enseignement supérieur devra tenir compte. Dans le même temps, la technologie change la donne pour les cadres moyens, qui seront évincés s’ils ne parviennent pas à se réinventer pour la nouvelle donne.
