Les jeunes employ\u00e9s ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas non plus de la socialisation et du mentorat qui ont lieu dans un bureau physique. La fin du bureau peut \u00eatre perturbante pour ceux qui sont en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le trajet entre le domicile et le lieu de travail est une chose que les employ\u00e9s ne semblent pas vouloir abandonner. En fait, les travailleurs \u00e0 distance peuvent gagner <a href=\"https:\/\/globalworkplaceanalytics.com\/telecommuting-statistics\">11 jours<\/a> par an en passant en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail partiel. Pour certains, le trajet entre le domicile et le bureau pr\u00e9sente des avantages sur le plan de la sant\u00e9 mentale. Le trajet physique permet aux employ\u00e9s de faire une transition mentale entre le travail et la maison, ce qui am\u00e9liore leur bien-\u00eatre. Le travail \u00e0 distance et la fermeture des bureaux peuvent rendre difficile l&#8217;arr\u00eat du travail en fin de journ\u00e9e pour les employ\u00e9s, ce qui entra\u00eene du stress et de l&#8217;\u00e9puisement professionnel.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Peut-\u00eatre pas la fin du bureau mais un remaniement<\/h2>\n<p>Dire que 2021 verra la fin du bureau est une d\u00e9claration assez drastique. De nombreux r\u00f4les n\u00e9cessitent une pr\u00e9sence physique, comme dans l&#8217;industrie, le commerce de d\u00e9tail et les soins de sant\u00e9. Dans un lieu de travail hybride, certains employ\u00e9s partagent leur temps entre le bureau et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. D&#8217;autres restent \u00e0 plein temps au bureau. Dans ce cas, les bureaux pourraient \u00eatre supprim\u00e9s et remplac\u00e9s par des salles de cr\u00e9ation ou des espaces de style caf\u00e9. Les bureaux devront assurer une distanciation physique et de meilleures mesures de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Vers le <em>Hot Desking<\/em> ou le <em>Coworking<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.personneltoday.com\/hr\/working-from-home-will-be-double-pre-pandemic-levels\/\">37 %<\/a> des employ\u00e9s continueront \u00e0 travailler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 domicile, soit un bond par rapport aux 18 % d&#8217;avant la pand\u00e9mie, et les entreprises n&#8217;auront probablement pas besoin d&#8217;autant d&#8217;espace qu&#8217;auparavant.
