Pourquoi avez-vous choisi de rejoindre l’\u00e9quipe de Powell Software \u00e0 Paris?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

J’ai choisi de rejoindre Powell Software apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 plus de 3 ans chez Microsoft France en Marketing sur Office 365 et 2 ans dans l\u2019univers du conseil pour \u00e0 la fois accompagner les entreprises dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs usages et les aider \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs de transformation digitale.<\/p>\n

J’ai effectu\u00e9 plusieurs missions dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs d’activit\u00e9. Missions qui m’ont permis de d\u00e9couvrir de nombreux sc\u00e9narios m\u00e9tiers et de d\u00e9velopper la capacit\u00e9 de comprendre comment une Digital Workplace pouvait concr\u00e8tement aider les entreprises sur leur cas d’usage sp\u00e9cifique ou leurs besoins collaboratifs.<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui, je suis convaincu que le Digital Workplace de demain devra relever les d\u00e9fis du travail hybride : elle devra avoir la capacit\u00e9 d’aider les entreprises \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des cultures plus inclusive et engageante, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le travail d’\u00e9quipe et \u00e0 digitaliser les processus m\u00e9tiers pour simplifier le parcours utilisateur. C’est la raison qui m’a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 rejoindre Powell Software, aujourd’hui c’est leur proposition de valeur et je suis totalement align\u00e9 avec leur vision et leur mission.<\/p>\n

Quelle est votre mission en tant que chef de produit chez Powell Software?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ma mission chez Powell Software est d’aider les organisations et les entreprises \u00e0 comprendre la valeur de notre espace de travail num\u00e9rique et comment il a la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis \u00e0 venir du travail hybride.<\/p>\n

Je me concentrerai principalement sur la traduction de sc\u00e9nario m\u00e9tiers courants en cas d\u2019usages tels que l\u2019onboarding de nouveaux arrivants pour les RH, la gestion des appels d’offres pour les commerciaux, l’organisation d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements pour le marketing et encore bien d\u2019autres sc\u00e9nario du quotidien.<\/p>\n

Qu’aimez-vous le plus dans votre nouveau poste?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

J’aime par-dessus tout le fait de travailler au c\u0153ur m\u00eame des sujets d’actualit\u00e9 du Digital Workplace en lien avec la transformation num\u00e9rique des entreprises, la culture d’entreprise et de pouvoir apporter de la valeur en r\u00e9pondant concr\u00e8tement \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis concrets du quotidien pour les m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n

Comment d\u00e9cririez-vous la culture de Powell Software en trois mots seulement?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Chez Powell Software, je trouve qu\u2019il est dans notre ADN d’\u00eatre des gens innovants, cr\u00e9atifs et passionn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Quelle est votre fonction Office 365 ou Powell Software pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e et pourquoi?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Je choisirais certainement la possibilit\u00e9 de simplifier la cr\u00e9ation d’\u00e9quipes<\/a> sur un sc\u00e9nario sp\u00e9cifique combin\u00e9 \u00e0 un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 notre intranet dans Teams, ce qui renforce l\u2019aspect centralisateur de Teams et apporte encore plus d\u2019utilit\u00e9 dans ma digital workplace.<\/p>\n

Que faites-vous pendant votre temps libre, en dehors du bureau?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En dehors du bureau, j’adore profiter de moments aventureux dans des conditions simples pour d\u00e9couvrir la beaut\u00e9 de notre terre. J’utilise diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res pour y parvenir: voyager \u00e0 moto, voler avec un planeur ou un avion ou encore faire de la photographie.<\/p>\n

Quel est votre talent secret?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Mon talent secret est la photographie.<\/p>\n
