Ils souhaitent plut\u00f4t approfondir leurs connaissances et trouver des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est important de privil\u00e9gier les sessions personnalis\u00e9es et contextualis\u00e9es selon les besoins remont\u00e9s par les collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Orienter les usages sans les imposer<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019id\u00e9e des\u00a0sessions\u00a0d\u2019accompagnement personnalis\u00e9es\u00a0est d\u2019orienter le collaborateur vers LA solution\u00a0la plus ad\u00e9quate\u00a0pour son usage. En effet, les solutions collaboratives peuvent couvrir un large panel d\u2019usages et de fonctionnalit\u00e9s mais couvrent rarement \u00e0 100 % le sc\u00e9nario d\u2019usage imagin\u00e9 par le collaborateur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les managers et responsables \u00e9ditoriaux imposent souvent un plan de contenu \u00e9ditorial qui doit \u00eatre suivi \u00e0 la lettre par les collaborateurs notamment lors des phases de lancement\u00a0d\u2019intranet\u00a0et\u00a0de\u00a0Digital Workplace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Donner l\u2019illusion qu\u2019il y a\u00a0du contenu\u00a0dans votre portail n\u2019est pas une solution p\u00e9renne. Le collaborateur est brid\u00e9 dans sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019adoption s\u2019essoufflera rapidement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de proposer quelques crit\u00e8res \u00e9ditoriaux pour donner un fil rouge au collaborateur-contributeur qui aura alors une vraie autonomie pour exploiter pleinement la solution dans le cadre fix\u00e9 lors de la conception. Cette confiance permet au collaborateur de s\u2019approprier l\u2019outil et tr\u00e8s rapidement publier du contenu pertinent et diffuser aux bonnes personnes au bon moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout est une histoire de projection et d\u2019agilit\u00e9.
