Et la facture n&#8217;appara\u00eet pas sur la licence Copilot\u00a0: du temps perdu \u00e0 chercher et \u00e0 recr\u00e9er ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0, des r\u00e9ponses pay\u00e9es qui s&#8217;appuient sur du contenu p\u00e9rim\u00e9, des donn\u00e9es obsol\u00e8tes ou trop partag\u00e9es que l&#8217;IA rend plus visibles. La licence est le petit co\u00fbt. Le contenu, ce sont les livres. Les m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es, ce sont les \u00e9tiquettes coll\u00e9es sur chaque dos\u00a0: qui l&#8217;a \u00e9crit, quand, est-il encore valide. L&#8217;index, c&#8217;est le catalogue qui permet de retrouver un livre \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un mot cl\u00e9. Sans \u00e9tiquettes fiables, la recherche retrouve aussi bien le brouillon de 2022 que la version approuv\u00e9e de 2026, et ne sait pas lequel privil\u00e9gier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 18px 0; overflow-wrap: break-word;\">Un mod\u00e8le de langage interrog\u00e9 seul r\u00e9pond en livre ferm\u00e9\u00a0: il ne conna\u00eet que ce qu&#8217;il a appris \u00e0 l&#8217;entra\u00eenement. Le RAG (retrieval augmented generation) ouvre le livre\u00a0: le syst\u00e8me va d&#8217;abord chercher vos documents, puis r\u00e9pond \u00e0 partir de ce qu&#8217;il y trouve. C&#8217;est une IA guid\u00e9e par la recherche\u00a0: elle h\u00e9rite donc de l&#8217;\u00e9tat de votre contenu, bon ou mauvais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 18px 0; overflow-wrap: break-word;\">Trois id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues circulent pourtant\u00a0: que Copilot cr\u00e9e une copie g\u00e9ante de vos donn\u00e9es, que vos documents servent \u00e0 entra\u00eener le mod\u00e8le, qu&#8217;il va remettre de l&#8217;ordre dans un SharePoint en d\u00e9sordre. L&#8217;atelier les passe en revue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 18px 0; overflow-wrap: break-word;\">Un d\u00e9tail change la donne et reste peu connu. Depuis la r\u00e9organisation des offres Copilot d&#8217;avril 2026, Copilot Chat en version Basic s&#8217;appuie sur le web, pas sur vos documents internes. Seule la version Premium va chercher dans le contenu de l&#8217;entreprise.
