Conscients des nombreuses fonctionnalit\u00e9s de Teams au-del\u00e0 de la simple communication unifi\u00e9e, ce projet de migration a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion globale sur la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019outil serait utilis\u00e9, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 et g\u00e9r\u00e9. En tant qu\u2019outil nouveau et disruptif dans l\u2019environnement de travail, il \u00e9tait impensable pour Th\u00e9a de mettre en place Teams sans un accompagnement suppl\u00e9mentaire. Elle souhaite \u00e9galement renforcer la collaboration entre ses \u00e9quipes et optimiser la gestion de ses projets.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En 2022, un nouveau projet appel\u00e9 &#8220;Angers Transitions&#8221; Cela a permis de garder le contr\u00f4le et la structure pour rester efficace et \u00e9viter les recherches compliqu\u00e9es.
