Et avec elles, la place de la communication interne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1504\">Aujourd\u2019hui, elle n\u2019est plus cantonn\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;information descendante. Elle devient un vecteur de culture d\u2019entreprise, un soutien \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe et un outil de performance.<br data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1384\" \/><strong data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1504\">Mais attention : pour \u00eatre engageante, la communication interne doit sortir du d\u00e9claratif et devenir exp\u00e9rientielle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1554\"><span style=\"color: #ef6da6;\">Une conviction partag\u00e9e par les intervenants :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1635\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1635\"><span style=\"color: #ef6da6;\">\u00ab L\u2019enjeu n\u2019est pas seulement de mieux communiquer, mais de mieux embarquer. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1713\"><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1713\">Engagement des collaborateurs : quels leviers concrets activer ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1899\"><strong data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1784\">Investir dans l\u2019engagement, ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment investir plus.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1787\" \/>C\u2019est investir mieux. Et pour cela, la communication interne doit s\u2019ancrer dans le quotidien. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2875\" data-end=\"2932\">Des outils au service de la culture, pas l\u2019inverse<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2934\" data-end=\"3176\">Trop souvent, les outils sont choisis avant m\u00eame d\u2019avoir d\u00e9fini la strat\u00e9gie ou les objectifs.
