Regional Field Marketing Assistant H/F-MEA & APAC

We are hiring a Field Marketing assistant for the MEA & APAC zone!

General Description:

Powell Software is looking for a creative and hardworking Field Marketing assistance to help drive local operations for the MENA & APAC markets. Working under the direction of International Marketing and Communication, the Marketing Assistant will help with the day-to-day operations of the global marketing plan. In connection with the Country Managers, this person will assist in the execution of targeted local strategies of Powell Software dedicated to the Middle East and Asian markets while upholding the global company vision. This person will assist in all aspects of field marketing operations across the Middle East, Africa and Asia zone in sync with the marketing team, based in Paris, France.

 

Missions and responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of geographically focused marketing tools and actions

• Leverage global initiatives to create market adapted and relevant editorial content for an international audience: blog, social networks and newsletters

• Help with content translation and ensure that our tone of voice and brand promise are upheld into the language of the country

• Re-enforce and enrich partner relations with the implementation of joint marketing operations

• Aid in the organization and coordination of event management in the MENA & APAC region: Conferences, webinars, private events

• Realization of market studies, trends and benchmarks in line with country strategy

• Report on results of specific zone operations through performance reports to understand effectiveness and ROI

• Work closely with the regional country managers to sales support tools tailored to the immediate needs of local markets and their target accounts

• Coordination of the production of graphic elements with our design team

• Willingness to travel if needed for regional missions

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing {preferable}, Business or a related field

• Native English speaker with fluency in other languages (French, Arabic, Cantonese or Japanese is a plus!)

• Creative mindset with strong written and verbal skills

• Comfortable to work closely with a distributed sales team and collaborate closely across geographically dispersed teams and disciplines

• Proactive, dynamic and organized; an enthusiastic team player

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a range of environments at conferences

• Ability to coordinate and execute multiple campaigns

• A good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential, Photoshop & InDesign are plus
