Job description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for working within the Global Marketing team to drive and develop the digital presence of Powell Software, while boosting the digital lead generation.
Responsibilities
Website :
- Implement a digital strategy to boost the traffic of our website
- Implement SEO Optimization to improve the referencing of our sites and attract leads
- Manage the redesign of the site with an agency in compliance with the specifications.
- Optimize our incoming leads workflow, and our acquisition funnel.
- Optimize the UX design and CTA of our websites
- Day-to-day site management: Correction of any problems of use or ergonomics, adaptation to the enrichment of our offer, to new trends, continuous improvement of the user experience, etc.
Lead generation and lead nurturing:
- Create and test content (together with the content pole) and actions that convert : Landing Pages, AB testing, UX, forms, CTA, etc.
- Define the lead scoring and the nurturing strategy
- Set up marketing automation campaigns
- Define a strategy adapted to Personas with the rest of the Marketing team: HR Director, Communication Director, CEO, Transformation Director, CIO
Analytics
- Pilot the KPIs linked to digital and create a dashboard to be followed daily.
- Monitor continuously different digital media in order to stay abreast of new trends in the sector (tools, channels, etc.).
- Track and analyze effectiveness of campaigns: Conversion tracking, Measurement plan (tagging plan implementation, tracking…), Data visualization (Google data studio / powerBI).
- Create reports for campaigns and ongoing workflows
Management of our inbound tool
- monitor the proper synchronization of our inbound marketing tools with the website and CRM.
- guarantee the respect of our inbound marketing tool processes and usage conventions.
- set up the rules, scoring, and templates (Landing pages, forms, etc.) to be used on our inbound marketing tool.
- Upload lead lists to our inbound marketing tool.
Preferred experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing {preferable}, Business or a related field
3 years of experience n a similar role
English fluent speaker
Creative mindset with strong written and verbal skills
Comfortable to collaborate closely across geographically dispersed teams and disciplines
Proactive, dynamic and organized; an enthusiastic team player
A previous experience in marketing automation
A previous experience in website management (WordPress), American UX sensitivity is valued
A good knowledge of Google Analyctics, inbound marketing tool
Notions of SEA & SEO are important
PowerBI, Plezi, Photoshop & InDesign are plus
