General Description:

The Content Marketing Manager CDI will assist in developing, and manage execution of, a clearly defined content strategy, designed to ensure relevant content in a variety of forms are produced and published in support of zone initiatives to increase brand equity, thought leadership, online awareness and lead generation. The successful candidate will manage the content pipeline by writing, editing and engaging the community to enable the rapid production and deployment of creative assets. This candidate must be a blend of project manager, content creator and journalist.

Missions and responsibilities:

• Participate in the conceptualization and execution of an international editorial calendar

• Create a storytelling culture through development and distribution of effective thought leadership and brand content

• Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics that support a point of view and educate customers

• Support Country Managers, Product Managers and the Design team to produce relevant and targeted content that is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice

• Coordinate social media content creation, posting, monitoring and reporting

• Manage website and blog post content creation and monitoring

• Coordinate e-mailings content creation monitoring and reporting

• Create customer cases, guides, sales media, special video scenarios and coordinate the creative asset development process from initial briefs

• Manage content translation and ensure that our tone of voice and brand promise are upheld

• Ensure all content is regularly optimized for SEO, SEM and accessibility for all channels including online, social media, email and video

• Track and analyze key content performance metrics

• Create and supervise brand asset library

• Establish process and workflow to ensure that content remains relevant, updated and effective for the intended purposes

• Develop network of press relations and manage public image through the press

• Assist Marketing manager in the coordination of photo, video, and other media support

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 to 5 years experience ideally in SAS technology company

• Experience and understanding of a range of marketing communications activities, including digital and mobile with strong understanding of SEO

• A proven ability to communicate in a variety of formats with an appreciation of the target audience and the ability to tailor content accordingly

• Creative mindset with strong visual and writing skills

• Native English speaker with fluency in written and spoken French (another European language is a bonus)

• Passionate of proofreading and crafting stories that can inspire our audience

• Proficient in key creative and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop & InDesign)

• Proactive, dynamic and organized; an enthusiastic team player

• Interested in SAS technology and Microsoft environment

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks to deadline
